Technivise’s efforts started in 2001 under a different business and grew from a breadth of experience gained through education and the workplace and operating multiple businesses. It expanded by helping other individuals and businesses be successful so they didn't have to worry about technology details that were essential to their success but not core to their primary business activity. Locally in New Mexico, Technivise has consulted with individuals and small businesses such as lawyers and lawyer offices, secretarial support, audio transcription companies, spas and salons, and store owners. Our services are available country wide through remote support or for significant efforts, we can travel to you.

Michael Skroch (skraw) has 30+ years experience in multiple science and technology fields including Internet and web technologies, systems engineering, electrical engineering, audio manipulation and enhancement, computer science, cyber security, physical security, security assessments and design, branding, and controlling web presence. He has worked with individuals, companies, and government agencies. In addition, Michael has connections to a broad set of providers that can be leveraged to understand the most effective and cost-effective approach to your needs.Approach
One of his best attributes is seeing the whole picture of what you’re trying to accomplish (sometimes suggesting a wider picture beyond your initial thoughts) so that you’re informed to make a decision. If Technivise can help further, Michael will then sit down with our customer to gather more information to advise on a recommended approach best for their needs. Technivise accepts cash, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Discover, and American Express), and PayPal. Checks are accepted from local and established customers. Payment terms will be negotiated with you. Payment for substantial efforts and those with new customers will take place incrementally in advance. Small efforts are typically payment due upon delivery. Terms for deferred payments are also available in some cases.Trust and Satisfaction
Your trust and satisfaction is our primary objective. We strive for clear and frequent interactions to avoid miscommunication. We let you know exactly what can and cannot be done and the risk associated with each activity. Much of the work that Technivise provides has a complexity customers do not want to know about -- that’s why you hire Technivise. That doesn’t mean you can’t measure and see results. Ask about how you will know you’re getting results and a good value. If someone else can serve you significantly better, or it’s better that a broader team provide your services, we’ll tell you. We love it when customers think we perform magic; that usually means we’re doing a great job. Unfortunately, we often see “real magic” promised by scams and disreputable providers. Technivise won’t do that. Internet Presence: We strive to provide amazing results, but we do not promise magical results as you’ll see in many Internet scams or hype. For instance, we do not promise instant page-1 search results from a website because that is magical. However, in a reasonable time we can get you on page-1 or well seen on social media where it matters -- for your customers where you’re relevant. Some business sectors are more competitive than others. If you want instant, there are always methods to make it happen quickly, such as pay-per-click advertising. Technivise won’t recommend something you don’t need. We’ll lay out options for you to choose or listen to your options. Audio/Video Restoration and Enhancement: We can often substantially improve audio quality for better understanding and transcription quality. In some cases, audio is distorted in a way that cannot be improved and is not recoverable. We can let you know when that is the case. We can also help you understand how to better capture quality audio. Technology Consulting: We will try to understand your need, do it for you, hold your hand while you do it, or teach you how to do it. This category includes setting up computers, network, email, security systems, installing software and hardware, and using programs like Microsoft Office. Sometimes it’s hard to learn technology (and it may not be worth it), so we cannot promise we can teach you everything and in a certain time period. We’ll provide our best recommendation and options for you to consider. Sometimes technology does not work because of incompatibilities or other complexities. We’ll let you know if that’s an issue. Cyber and Physical Security: Amazing improvements are often possible with small changes to reduce the risk of loss from cyber and physical attack on your business.
